How do I join ubW?
We need two drops of blood, a urine sample. Just kidding. Simply click the Register link here. There’s also a register link towards the top right of every page that also works wonderfully.
How do I activate my account?
No need. We don’t send out account activation emails to make it easy. Please just do us two favors. First, enter your email address in correctly when you sign up for an account. Second, be sure to add orders@ubwitness.com and service@ubwitness.com to your safe senders’ list (or frequently check your spam folder).
How old do you have to be to join ubW?
13 or older
What if I forgot my password?
Click the login link then the forgot password link. We’ll reset your password and email it to the address on file. We do not give out or reset passwords by any other methods.
How do I order?
Click the “get it” tab on the main navigation menu to access the store. Select the design you would like to purchase, choose a size, enter a quantity then click the big ole Buy Now button. This will put the item in your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping and putting new items in your cart if you’d like. When you’re ready for the final checkout just click the Checkout Now button on your shopping cart. Thanks for buying some shirts and supporting local ministries!
Can I order a design still being rated?
Designs still being rated are not for sale. However, if you would like to purchase a design then you can help the designer build support for it. Then if it is selected for production you can buy it. Hooray!
How do I pick the right size?
There’s a sizing chart linked off every product page. Simply make a couple of quick measurements and you should get it right.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently we only accept payment with a credit or debit card. It’s the usual suspects: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards need to also be from these companies.
Is the site secure?
Honey child, does a coon dog have ticks? If you’re not from the South that means you betcha. We use 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) data encryption on anything with sensitive data.
How do I check my order status?
Look in your mail box. Or you can login to your account profile and check the order history page.
How do Gift Certificates work?
Buy one through the site just like you would a t-shirt. Now here’s the key part…give it to someone. We give you a variety of ways you can share the gift ubW. However you choose to share it, the recipient just needs the super secret buddy code for the gift certificate so they can enter it when checking out in order to receive the credit.
How do I use a Gift Certificate?
First you have to have a super secret buddy code. This was supplied when the gift certificate was originally purchased. If you don’t have the code, the pal who gave you the gift can retrieve it from the order history page in their account profile. Now that you have the code choose the items you would like to purchase. On the first page of your shopping cart, simple enter the super secret buddy code and click the apply button. Your credit will be applied to the order and you can continue checkout from there as normal.
How do I cancel or change an order?
If your order is not yet in Order Fulfillment or Order Shipped status then call us at 501-975-1011. We can cancel your order and you can place another one. If your order is already in Order Fulfillment or Order Shipped status, please refer to our Return Policy.
Can I combine orders?
If your orders were placed separately then they will be processed and shipped separately. Sorry.
How can I find my order number?
Login to your account profile and check the order history page. It’s also on the packaging slip that came with your order.
Why was I charged sales tax?
The government. If you’re a resident of Arkansas we are required to charge you sales tax because ubW has a physical office located there. If you live near a harbor, be sure to throw some tea in for us.
Can I order by phone?
Orders may only be placed online. But our online ordering is quick, easy and secure so you can feel at ease.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yep, but it’s free and is easily created during the ordering process.
How can I print an order receipt?
Login to your account profile and check the order history page. You’ll see a Print Order Receipt link in the top right corner. Use that link to print a copy (printer not provided).
What does it mean if an item is out of stock?
It means we no longer have the design in the size you’ve selected. You can select another size that is still in stock. Or you can request a reprint of that design. Requesting a reprint doesn’t necessarily mean it will happen. But your reprint request could be the one that trips the trigger to make it happen. So don’t be shy and let us know if you want a reprint.
How do I request reprints?
Select the size that is out of stock on the design’s product page. Then simply click the Request a Reprint link to make your request.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer the following shipping options:
US Orders
- UPS Next Day (next business day)
- UPS 2 Day (2 business days)
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- US Postal Service (5-8 days)
UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes
International Orders
- US Postal First-Class Mail International (varies by destination)
- US Postal Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
The time frames listed above are only estimates from the date your order was shipped. They are way better than us walking it over to you.
How long will orders take to arrive?
If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email your order has been shipped from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time from that point depends upon the shipping method you selected. Here are some general guidelines:
US Orders

How much does shipping cost?
Your costs will depend upon the total weight of the items ordered, ship location and chosen ship method. During the checkout process you’ll be able to select different ship methods and see the associated costs.
Can I track my shipments?
For only UPS shipments you can track your order at UPS.com by using the tracking number included in your shipment notification email. General postal shipments are not trackable.
What is ubW’s return policy?
Where do I get a Return Form?
A return form was included in your order. If you no longer have that one then you can download and print it here (
Return Form).
Can I exchange items?
We have an Even-Steven exchange policy. One tee for one tee. If your newly requested item is out of stock when the exchange is processed then you will receive a credit. Or you can include a second and third choice on the return form. If you are exchanging for an item of higher price, please include your credit card number and we will charge you for the difference. If you are exchanging for an item of lower price, you will not be refunded or credited the difference. If you purchased tees at a sale or promotional price, you may exchange them for the same design or another design of the same cost. We will send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
How do I submit a design?
Login then click “design it” on the main navigation. Follow the on page steps from there.
Do I need an account to submit a design?
Yes. We need to know who is submitting such awesomeness to us.
How do I rate designs?
Click “rate it” on the main navigation. Any place you see the Click to Vote stars you can use those to rate that specific design. One star is the lowest rating (you don’t like the design that much) and five stars is the highest rating (wishing you were wearing it that very second). Just click on the star of the rating you’d like to give a design and your vote will be saved.
Can I rate a design more than once?
Yes. But you may only rate a design once per day.
Do I need an account to rate designs?
No, you do not need an account to rate designs. You also don’t need an account to share the design using Share this Tee. However, you do need an account to comment on a design. You’ll also need to at least give us your email if you want to be notified about a certain design being selected for production.
How are winning designs chosen for production?
The number of votes, overall score, number of Buy this Tee and comments all help determine whether or not a design is selected for production. Ultimately the decision is up to us. However, the ubW community input has great influence and gives us a general idea of what our customers want.
What do I receive if my design is selected?
First, you get the chance for your work to spread some good news. Second, you get 10% of the online profits generated by your design. You’ll receive this for as long as we sell the design online, including reprints. You’ll also get 2 free t-shirts with your design and credit for 1 free t-shirt from another designer. Let’s also not forget that 10% of all the sales for your design will be paid to the local ministry of your choice.
How are designers paid?
Payments are made via check or PayPal approximately once a month with a $100 minimum.
How do I choose a local ministry?
After submitting a design you can select the local ministry for that design on the very next page. To do so select your local ministry from the drop down list then click the “I want to help this Ministry” button. If the local ministry is not listed you can submit them for approval. Then once approved you can select them for your design from your account profile page. If you leave the “You pick one for me” selection in the drop down box then ubW will give the ministry portion of your design’s sales to our chosen monthly ministry.
What do you mean by local ministry?
By local we mean local to you, not us. By ministry we mean a legitimate, legal Christian organization whose work agrees with God’s Word and builds up individuals, families and communities.
How do I get the local ministry I’d like to choose approved?
Click “Support local ministries” (this link is also at the bottom of every page). Fill out and submit the form on this page. We will not notify you of their approval status but if they are you’ll see them in the approved ministry list.
Why do local ministries need to be approved?
We’ve all been called to be good stewards of the blessings we’re given. Businesses shouldn’t be any different. We believe local ministries can greatly impact individuals, families and communities. So we want to be sure that any dollars paid out are going to a legitimate, legal Christian local ministry.
Can anyone choose any local ministry?
Anyone submitting a design may chose an approved local ministry to which a portion of that design’s sales will go. If the local ministry you’d like to select isn’t currently approved then you may submit it for approval.
What if I don’t choose a local ministry?
We plant seeds in local ministries whether you select one or not. If you don’t select a specific local ministry then we’ll give the ministry portion of your design’s sales to our chosen monthly ministry.
What does the local ministry I select receive?
10% of all the sales from your design. So if the tee for your design sells at $15 then the local ministry will receive $1.50 for each of your shirts sold. This can really add up quick and help them help a lot of people.
How are local ministries paid?
By check approximately once a month with a $100 minimum.
