Return Policy
We want you to love our products and services so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us for an exchange, credit or refund.
To return items please fill out a return form. One was included in your order. If you no longer have that one then click this Return Form.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. We will send you a notification email when your return is processed.
Here are the return dos and don'ts:
- All returns must have been purchased from ubWitness.com. (duh)
- All returns must have a return ship date within 30 days of placing your order.
- All items must be returned in the original condition. We do not accept washed or damaged items and if you send them they will be returned to you.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. If you received the wrong or a defective item we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs of sending it back to us via regular mail but only if you include the shipping receipt. We do not reimburse any expedited shipping costs.
- Include your name, address, email and order number along with the items you're returning.
- List the items you are returning on the Return Form.
- Tell us why you are returning them
- Tell us if you would like an exchange, ubWitness.com credit or a refund
Exchanges
We have an Even-Steven exchange policy. One tee for one tee. If your newly requested item is out of stock when the exchange is processed then you will receive a credit. Or you can include a second and third choice on the return form. If you are exchanging for an item of higher price, please include your credit card number and we will charge you for the difference. If you are exchanging for an item of lower price, you will not be refunded or credited the difference. If you purchased tees at a sale or promotional price, you may exchange them for the same design or another design of the same cost. We will send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
Credits
Credits will be given as ubWitness.com gift certificates. Original shipping costs will not be credited.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the credit cards used for the original order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
ubWitness.com Shipping Policy
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. However we'll do our best to get out it the same day.
If you receive a shipping confirmation email then your order has been shipped. For only UPS shipments you can track your order at UPS.com by using the tracking number included in your shipment notification email.
The cost of shipping varies based on ship location, weight of the items in your order and the shipping method chosen. Shipping costs will be disclosed to you before finalizing your order.
We offer the following shipping options:
US Orders
- UPS Next Day (next business day)
- UPS 2 Day (2 business days)
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- US Postal Service (5-8 days)
UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes
International Orders
- US Postal First-Class Mail International (varies by destination)
- US Postal Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
The time frames listed above are only estimates from the date your order was shipped. They are way better than us walking it over to you.
If we determine the items in your order need to be shipped separately then we will do so. Unless we notify you of this prior to finalizing your order, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs. In this circumstance you will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking numbers if applicable.
We do not offer discounts for bulk shipments. You may not combine different orders to save shipping costs.
